Ilya is a seasoned global finance leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding complex, multinational organisations. His background is perfectly aligned with our global ambitions and the dynamic, highly regulated nature of the international cannabis industry.
Ilya brings deep experience across high-growth, multi-country organisations. He has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Luxoft, and most recently Chief Financial Officer of the Consulting and Engineering business at DXC Technology.
His global perspective and leadership will bring tremendous value to our established finance team and the broader company. Ilya brings deep technical expertise across critical areas:
