Frequently Asked Questions

I've submitted my application, what happens next?

You’ll receive an immediate email confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted. Our Hiring Manager will then review your application, and we’ll keep you informed of your progress at each stage of the recruitment process.

Absolutely! We encourage you to apply for any and all roles that align with your skills and interests. Each application is reviewed independently, and all correspondence will clearly reference the specific role.

A cover letter is not mandatory. However, it can be a valuable tool to highlight your interest in the role and demonstrate why you’re a strong candidate, especially if you have limited experience in the sector.

Once submitted for a specific role, your application is final and cannot be edited. However, as each application is unique, you can adjust your responses for future applications to reflect any updated circumstances.

How long does the interview process typically take?

The duration of the interview process can vary by role. Generally, you can expect to hear from us within one week of submitting your CV, with a final outcome, including all necessary interviews, within four weeks.

Whenever possible, interviews are conducted in person to foster a more personal connection. Remote interviews are typically offered only for positions specifically designated as remote.

Our office environment is business casual. While we encourage a relaxed atmosphere, please remember it’s still an interview. A good rule of thumb is to avoid anything you would wear to a club, gym, or beach. Aim for a professional and comfortable appearance.

Do I need to be legally authorised to work in the country I am applying for a job in?

Yes, legal authorisation to work in the country of the job’s location is a mandatory requirement for all roles, including remote positions. We unfortunately cannot consider applications without this.

We understand the importance of clear communication. We will notify all applicants, both successful and unsuccessful, via email. Due to the high volume of applications at early stages, we are unable to offer individual feedback until the interview stage, where you will have the option to request it.

Yes, you are absolutely welcome to reapply! We value continuous growth at Curaleaf and encourage further applications, especially those that demonstrate how you’ve considered previous feedback and developed your skills.
