European Company of the Year: Curaleaf International
Curaleaf International was recognised for its role as the regulatory and supply chain anchor of the European market. The award reflects the hard work of teams across the entire global network, from cultivation experts in Canada and Portugal to the clinical and operational hubs driving the UK market.
It also follows the April 2026 completion of Curaleaf’s full buyout of Germany’s Four 20 Pharma, cementing the company’s leadership following the German market’s transition to a prescription model.
Cannabis Clinic of the Year: Curaleaf Clinic
As the UK’s longest-running CQC-registered clinic, Curaleaf Clinic secured Clinic of the Year based on its strict clinical governance and commitment to peer-led education.
The award represents the dedication of Curaleaf Clinic to patient care and upholding the highest clinical standards of care and safety.

The Sunderland-based Curaleaf Laboratories team was named Team of the Year, marking the second consecutive year a Curaleaf team has received the honour, following Four20 Pharma in 2025.
The team was recognised for the care and precision behind every prescription, ensuring patients across the UK receive their medication reliably, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
